We build gear to last. But if something’s not right, we’ll sort it.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. Just email us at hello@standout.ie and we’ll guide you through the return. No awkward forms. No drama.
Once your item is back with us, we’ll process your refund within 14 days, including the original standard delivery charge.
Custom or personalised pieces (like engraved or made-to-order items) can’t be returned unless faulty, in line with EU consumer law.
