Arrives flat-packed. Two Velcro straps hold the whole thing together - clip, slide the shelves in, done. No tools, no instructions needed. Most traders have it up in under 3 minutes. Pack down is just as fast - so you're not the last one still dismantling when everyone else is heading home.

We check and confirm
We review your header design and send a digital mockup for approval. You see exactly what it will look like before anything gets cut. We only start building once you're happy.

We build and ship
Your Falcon is handmade in our Dublin workshop in 5-8 working days. Shipped next-day by DPD across Ireland. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves us.

Yes. The Falcon ships and stores flat-packed at 500 x 590mm - about the size of a large pizza box. It fits in any car boot, no van or roof rack needed. Most traders keep it flat under their table until setup, then clip it together in under 3 minutes.
No tools at all. Just slide your shelves in, add the streching bar and done. It's solid enough to carry loaded - traders regularly have candles, jars, bottles and cosmetics on all four shelves without any wobble. Pack down is the same speed in reverse.
Each shelf is made from 12mm furniture-grade birch plywood and handles typical market products without issue - jars, bottles, candles, soaps, ceramics, baked goods, jewellery displays. We'd estimate 3-5kg per shelf comfortably.
Yes - all four shelves are removable and adjustable. If you need more height clearance for taller products, you can drop a shelf or reposition them. Some traders run it with 3 shelves for taller items like wine bottles or candle jars. It's flexible enough to adapt as your product range changes.
Both options are available. Most traders go with text only - just your business name in one of two engraved fonts (see the product images for examples of each). If you have a logo, you can upload it too. We check every file before cutting and will contact you if anything needs adjusting. Max engraving area is 400 x 120mm.
Every Falcon is coated with a rainproof protective finish before it leaves us. It handles Irish market weather - light rain, damp grass, morning condensation - without warping or the engraving fading. It's not designed to be left out in a downpour overnight, but for normal outdoor market use it's built to last.
We make a maximum of 10 units per week, so slots are limited. Once your order is confirmed and your header design approved, your Falcon is ready in 5-8 working days. Delivery in Ireland is next-day with DPD. If you have a market date you're working towards, drop us a note at checkout and we'll do our best to hit it.
