Less on it = more sold.
Don’t fill every shelf. Leave breathing space. When everything is packed tight, nothing stands out. Give your best sellers room and they’ll do the heavy lifting.
Top shelf = hero product.
Put your highest margin or newest product at eye level. That shelf sells first. Always.
Create a price ladder.
Cheaper items on the bottom. Mid-range in the middle. Premium on top. It guides the eye naturally and nudges average spend up without saying a word.
Keep colours grouped.
If you sell different scents, flavours, or variants, group them in blocks. It looks cleaner instantly and makes choosing easier.
Don’t block your header.
Keep products lower than the logo line. Your brand should always be visible from a distance. That header is your silent salesperson.
Angle slightly toward foot traffic.
If your stall allows it, turn the stand 5–10 degrees toward the main walkway. Small change. Big difference in visibility.
