This is a fully bespoke wooden counter, designed from scratch around your brief. Dimensions, finish, worktop material, internal layout, branding - nothing is fixed. You tell us what you need and we build it. Natural birch, painted, stained, sprayed - whatever matches your brand. Solid wood worktop, plywood, or laminate - whatever suits your service.
Built entirely from birch plywood so it flat-packs completely, fits in a standard van, rolls on castors, and assembles without tools on the morning of your show. No logistics headache. No installation crew.

We build and deliver
Your cart is handmade in our Dublin workshop. Lead time depends on spec and current slots - we'll confirm the exact date upfront so you can plan around it.

Yes. Built entirely from birch plywood, the cart flat-packs completely - no metal frame, no awkward parts. It fits in a standard van and goes up without tools on the morning of your event. No installation crew needed.
Yes. The assembly is designed to be done solo. Two people makes it faster, but one person can have it up and ready before doors open. We design with early starts in mind.
Yes. The worktop is built to handle commercial espresso machines. If you're running heavy equipment, tell us in the brief and we'll specify a reinforced worktop and appropriate internal bracing as part of the build.
Any finish you want. Natural birch, stained, painted in any RAL colour, vinyl wrapped. Worktop can be plywood, solid wood, or vinyl laminate. Tell us your brand colours and we'll match them as closely as possible.
Yes - plumbing cutouts, cable routing channels, milk-pitcher rinser holes, and equipment-specific cutouts are all available. Just tell us your equipment in the brief and we'll design around it.
There is no standard height - every cart is built to your spec. Typical counter height is 90-95cm for comfortable standing service, but if you have specific requirements tell us in the brief and we'll build to that.
Yes. Side table extensions, fold-down surfaces, and additional prep areas can all be added. Mention it in the brief and we'll include them in the quote.
Typically 3-4 weeks from confirmed order depending on complexity and current slot availability. We have five build slots per month so lead times can vary. Tell us your event date in the form and we'll tell you straight away if we can hit it.
